Physical Fitness Doesn't Happen by Accident.

   

  

CFS Karate is a Shotokan based system that is blended with modern fighting theories.  The class is comprised of form (kata) training along with self-defense scenarios.  The class also includes Kickboxing which is a realistic way to implement acquired Karate and Self  Defense skills.  Kickboxing involves partner focus pad training along with sparring with headgear and boxing gloves.  The purpose of the class is to develop in the student:

        - discipline

        - confidence

        - physical fitness 

        - strength

        - flexibility

        - agility and speed

        - self-defense capabilities

        - inner peace

        - fighting skills
